ROAR SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE
1. INTRODUCTION
This Website and Program are owned and operated by ROAR Society LLC. By accessing the Website, enrolling in the ROAR Society Program, or opting in to receive communications (including SMS messages), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or participate in the Program.
2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENT
The ROAR Blueprint Program and all related communications are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. By enrolling or opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, trademarks, data, software, text, graphics, videos, scripts, templates, systems, recordings, and proprietary materials shared through the Website or ROAR Blueprint Program are the exclusive intellectual property of ROAR Society LLC and its Founders.
Materials are provided for personal business use only and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, shared, or distributed without prior written consent. Sharing recordings, screenshots, or Program content outside ROAR platforms is strictly prohibited.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS & CODE OF CONDUCT
Members agree to use the Website and Program in compliance with all applicable laws and agree to:

• Maintain honesty and integrity in all communications
• Protect the confidentiality of ROAR discussions and materials
• Refrain from unsolicited promotion or solicitation within ROAR platforms
Violations may result in removal from the Program without refund.

6. INVESTMENT & NO REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
By enrolling in the ROAR Blueprint Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are making a full 12-month financial commitment
• Non-participation or withdrawal does not release you from payment obligations
• ROAR Society provides education, mentorship, and tools — not guaranteed results
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROAR Society LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Website, Program, or communications, including SMS messages.
