ROAR BLUEPRINT 1-YEAR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ROAR Society, LLC (“Company” or “ROAR”) and the undersigned participant (“Member”) for participation in the ROAR Blueprint 1-Year Mentorship Program (“Program”). By enrolling, Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined below.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The ROAR Blueprint Program is a 12-month mentorship and education experience designed to help women real estate investors accelerate their growth, build profitable and purpose-driven portfolios, and expand their impact through community and accountability.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

1. Coaching & Mentorship

Access to expert-led sessions covering strategy, systems, financing, and scaling in real estate investing.
Mentorship from ROAR Founders and industry professionals focused on helping Members reach their individual business goals.

2. Blueprint Pillar Coaching Tracks

In-depth pillar courses with structured learning pathways across key real estate investment and business-building topics.
Hands-on implementation guidance to help Members execute what they learn for measurable results.

3. Live Mastermind & Q&A Sessions

Monthly Blueprint Mastermind calls for deal analysis, business audits, and accountability check-ins.
Live Q&A sessions with successful real estate professionals, lenders, and coaches.

4. Private Community Access

Exclusive access to the ROAR Circle community for active collaboration, networking, and resource sharing.
Ongoing peer and mentor support to help Members stay motivated and accountable.

5. Exclusive Member Events

Invitations to virtual and in-person Blueprint mixers, workshops, and retreats.
Access to curated experiences designed to connect Members with other high-performing women investors.

MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

As a Member, you agree to:

Participate actively in the Program and make full use of all resources provided.
Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully within the community.
Meet your financial commitment as outlined below to maintain active access.

As ROAR, we agree to:

Deliver the Program services and resources in a professional, consistent, and supportive manner.
Provide a safe and empowering learning environment that fosters growth, accountability, and connection.

CODE OF CONDUCT

ROAR Society is a collaborative space built on integrity, respect, and shared success. As a Member, you agree to:

Respect All Members: Treat everyone—founders, mentors, and peers—with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain Integrity: Be honest and transparent in all communications and representations.
Protect Confidentiality: Keep all discussions, materials, and personal information shared in ROAR spaces private.
Engage Positively: Participate constructively and avoid divisive or negative behavior.
Follow the Law: Engage in only lawful, ethical, and compliant business activities.
No Solicitation: Do not engage in unsolicited promotion or aggressive marketing within ROAR platforms.
Commit to Growth: Approach the Program with a learning mindset and a willingness to take action.

Violation of this Code may result in suspension or removal from the Program without refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All strategies, systems, templates, scripts, videos, and proprietary materials shared within the ROAR Blueprint Program are the exclusive intellectual property of ROAR Society, LLC and its Founders.

Members agree that:

Materials are for personal business use only and may not be copied, sold, or distributed.
Sharing of recordings, screenshots, or content outside the Program is strictly prohibited.
Breach of confidentiality or intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

ROAR provides mentorship, education, and tools — not guaranteed results. Member understands that outcomes in real estate investing depend on individual effort, market factors, and personal implementation.

Any testimonials or case studies shared by ROAR or its Members are illustrative examples and not a guarantee of similar success.

INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Options

Standard Enrollment: One-time payment of $1,997 USD for the 12-month ROAR Blueprint Program.
Legacy ROAR Society Members: $99 per month for 12 months (available only to Members in good standing at the time of enrollment).

All payments are processed through secure payment systems. Access to Program materials is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Payment Responsibilities

Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment (or monthly for legacy members).
For monthly payments, failed transactions must be corrected within three (3) business days to avoid suspension of access.
Continued failure to remit payment may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of access.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By enrolling in the ROAR Blueprint Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are making a full 12-month financial commitment.
There are no refunds, no cancellations, and no chargebacks permitted after enrollment.
Your decision to withdraw, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction with the Program does not release you from your payment obligation.

This strict policy is in place because Members gain immediate access to proprietary digital resources, coaching content, and community spaces upon enrollment.

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

Cancellation by Member: After completing the 12-month term, Members may cancel future renewals by emailing info@roar-society.com at least 14 business days before the next billing date.
Termination by ROAR: ROAR may terminate a membership at any time for breach of this Agreement or conduct that negatively affects the Program or community.

Termination does not entitle the Member to a refund or release from remaining payment obligations.

RISK & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Assumption of Risk: Member acknowledges the inherent risks of real estate investing and assumes full responsibility for all decisions and outcomes.
No Guarantees: ROAR makes no guarantees of financial results or business success.
Limitation of Liability: ROAR, its Founders, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred through participation.
Indemnification: Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ROAR and its representatives from any claims or damages arising from Program participation.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts of Georgia.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

ROAR reserves the right to modify Program terms as necessary. Members will be notified of material updates and may elect not to renew upon expiration if they disagree with revised terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between ROAR Society, LLC and the Member concerning the ROAR Blueprint Program and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

I acknowledge and agree to all ROAR Blueprint 1-Year Membership terms and conditions, including the NO REFUNDS policy.
